The dashboard described in this article is only visible to Project Managers and Admins. Inspectors will see a different dashboard after logging in.
This dashboard is the first screen you will see after logging into Oversite.
Highlighted Sections
Main Navigation Menu - This menu will adjust depending on your context. At the company dashboard level, these menu items will take you to lists of all Project/Items/Inspections/etc. you have access to. Within a Project, this menu will take you to similar screens as the company-level menu, but the tables will be specific to the current Project instead of the whole company.
Breadcrumbs - Use this navigation menu to quickly see where you are in the application. As you navigate around, the breadcrumb menu will show you how you navigated to your current location. You can also click on any breadcrumb to quickly jump to that point in the application.
Profile - Click here to access your profile information, sign out of the application, or see the current version of the application you are using.
Dashboard - This is the main area of the dashboard. It contains informational panels with different tables and chart visualizations of the company's data.
Active Projects - A list of the Projects current in the Under Construction state.
Tasks - Any Pay Requests, Change Orders, and Inspections that need your approval or attention.
Daily Inspection Reports - A visualization of the total amount of Inspections created over a week or month. Grouped by status.
Daily Inspections - A pie chart of the Inspections within the company. Grouped by status.
Pay Request Reports - A visualization of the total amount of Pay Requests created over a week or month. Grouped by status.
Pay Requests - A pie chart of the Pay Requests within the company. Grouped by status.
Calendar - The calendar displays Inspections, Pay Requests, and Change Orders based on the inspection date, billing date, or creation date respectively.
