The Maximum Partial Payment setting caps the largest partial payment allowed on any stockpile in a project. You set it as a percentage of a stockpile's stored value.
For example, if a stockpile stores $2,000 worth of an item and you set Maximum Partial Payment to 50%, the most that stockpile's partial payment can be set to is $1,000.
How to set the Maximum Partial Payment
An administrator or project manager sets this in the project settings, and only while the project is in Draft. Once the project moves to Under Construction, the stockpiling settings lock.
Open the project's settings and find the Stockpiles section. You can also reach these settings from the gear icon on the Stockpiles page.
Make sure Enable Stockpiling is on.
Enter a percentage for Maximum Partial Payment.
When someone sets a stockpile's partial payment, Oversite holds the amount within this maximum and the project's minimum.
Note: To change this after construction has started, move the project back to Draft, update the setting, then return it to Under Construction.
