Every Oversite Voice conversation on an inspection is recorded as a history: what you said, what was proposed, what you edited, and what you confirmed, discarded, or undid. The record belongs to the inspection, so it is a shared account of how the inspection got its data. This article covers viewing and replaying that record.

The record keeps the transcript of each turn, the changes proposed, your edits, and what you confirmed, discarded, or undid. Voice recordings are kept for 90 days. The written record is kept indefinitely.

To look back at earlier conversations while you work, tap View earlier activity at the top of the thread. Each tap loads one more past session above the current one, newest first, until you reach the beginning of activity on the report.

A replay shows each turn as it happened. Spoken turns are marked Spoke and typed ones Typed. While a voice clip is still kept, a player appears under the transcript so you can hear the original audio. After 90 days the player is replaced by a note that the recording has expired, and the transcript stays. Each proposed change is marked Applied, Discarded, Edited, or Failed, with what changed.
