User Permissions

  • Inspectors and Project Managers that have access to a Project can create Change Orders, and submit them for approval.

  • Admins can create Change Orders for all Projects.

  • Only Project Managers and Admins can approve Change Orders.

Rules

DRAFT

  • The change order can be edited.

  • The change order does not affect the project.

PENDING APPROVAL

  • The change order cannot be edited.

  • The change order does not affect the related project.

APPROVED

  • The change order cannot be edited.

  • The change order has an impact on the related project.

ARCHIVED

  • The change order cannot be edited.

  • The change order does not affect the related project.
