Each account has its own weekly AI budget for Oversite Voice, and it resets every Monday. This article shows where to check your usage and what happens when the budget runs out.
How to check your weekly usage
Click your avatar in the top right to open the user menu.
Click Your profile.
Click the AI Usage tab.
The AI Quick Entry section shows how much of this week's budget you have used, how much is left, and the date it resets.
The budget is measured in tokens, the unit the underlying AI charges in. A token is roughly a short word, so the count reflects how much you have dictated and how much of the report had to be read to answer you. You do not need to track it yourself. The bar turns amber as you approach the limit and red once you reach it.
If your company has not set a weekly limit for your account, the page tells you that no limit is set.
What happens when the budget runs out
When the budget runs out, the microphone, camera, and typed input are disabled and a banner explains why. Everything else keeps working:
You can still tap any field to enter and edit the inspection by hand.
The guided prompt buttons still work, because starting one does not use the budget.
The budget resets every Monday.
Troubleshooting
I see a banner about this week's limit. Your weekly AI budget is used up. It resets Monday. Manual entry and the guided prompt buttons still work. Check where you stand on the AI Usage tab under Your profile.
The microphone, camera, and typed box are all disabled. This happens when your weekly budget is used up. Enter the inspection by hand, or use a guided prompt, until the budget resets on Monday.
