Exporting Inspections

Generate and download PDFs of exports.

Updated over a year ago

When needed, inspections can be exported as PDFs. There are two ways to do this.

  1. Export a single Inspection

  2. Bulk export multiple Inspections.

If you use the bulk export method, you will receive an email with a link to download the requested Inspections. Nothing will be downloaded into your browser directly.

Export a Single Inspection

To begin, you'll need to locate the Inspection you want to export first. (Check out this article if you need help locating an Inspection.)

Once you have found the Inspection you want to export and you're looking at the Inspection Preview page (similar to the image below), you will see a blue Export button in the top right of the screen. Click the Export button to generate the PDF. The file should automatically download to your device (This process is different depending on the browser and device you are using.).

Export Multiple Inspections

Bulk exporting multiple Inspections can only be done from the table/list view. To begin, first navigate to the table of Inspections you wish to export, then follow the steps listed below. If you need help finding the table of Inspections you want, check out this article.

From the Inspection table...

  1. Select the Inspections you want to export by using the checkboxes on the left of the table.

  2. Click the download button to begin the export process.

Once you click the download button, the system will begin generating a ZIP file of PDFs of the Inspections you selected in Step 2. Once the ZIP file has been created, you will receive an email with a link to download the ZIP file. Once downloaded, you can unzip the file to view all of the Inspection PDFs.
