AI Inspection Review is an assistant that reads a completed daily inspection and gives you a structured second look before you sign off. It recomputes item quantities, compares the work in your notes against the pay items on the inspection, scores a few health categories, and recommends whether the inspection is ready to approve. It can also suggest clearer wording for your notes and comments.
In the product, AI Inspection Review appears as the AI review (beta) strip at the top of a daily inspection, just below the inspection header.
The review is advisory. It never changes an inspection's status on its own, and running it does not notify anyone. You stay in control of every decision and every edit.
Who can use AI Inspection Review
AI Inspection Review is a beta feature that is being rolled out to a limited set of users. A few things to know about availability:
The review works only on daily inspections. It does not appear on change orders, pay requests, or other documents.
It appears only for accounts that have the beta turned on. If the beta is not enabled for your account, you will not see the AI review (beta) strip, and that is expected.
If you believe you should have access and do not see the strip, contact your Oversite administrator.
What AI Inspection Review checks
When you run a review on a daily inspection, the assistant looks over it the way an experienced reviewer would. It:
Recomputes item quantities and flags any that do not match what was recorded.
Compares the work described in your notes against the pay items on the inspection and flags anything described but not recorded.
Scores several health categories so you can see where to focus.
Recommends whether to approve, deny, or gather more information, with a confidence level.
Suggests clearer wording for the overview notes and for individual entry comments, which you can apply or undo after reviewing.
How AI Inspection Review fits into Oversite
The review lives on the daily inspection itself, so it draws on the parts of the inspection you already work with.
Daily inspections. The AI review (beta) strip appears when you open a daily inspection to view it. See Creating an Inspection and Finding an Inspection.

Troubleshooting
I do not see the AI review strip. Confirm you are viewing a daily inspection, not a change order or pay request, and that you opened the inspection to view it rather than the edit form. The strip appears only for accounts with the beta turned on. If you are on a daily inspection and still do not see it, contact your Oversite administrator.

Does the AI approve or deny inspections for me? No. The review only recommends an outcome and highlights findings. You decide and set the inspection's status yourself.
