Oversite Voice can add a photo to a daily inspection and write a description of it for you. You take the photo, Oversite describes it, and you say what the photo is for before it saves. For opening Oversite Voice, see Open Oversite Voice on an inspection.
How to add a photo
Tap the Add a photo button in the chat dock.
Take a photo or choose one from your device.
Oversite writes a description of the photo for you.
Hold the microphone and say what the photo is for, either a general attachment or a specific pay item.
Review the card and click Confirm.
The photo is filed where you said, with the description filled in. You can edit the description before you confirm.
Descriptions on the Attachments step
Photos you upload the normal way on the Attachments step also get a description written for you and filled into the description field, which you can edit before saving. This happens on inspections that have already been saved.
How to change a caption later
To change a caption after a photo is filed, hold the microphone and say something like "change the caption on" and the photo's name. Review and confirm the change.
Troubleshooting
I want to remove a photo I filed. Deleting a photo cannot be undone, and removing a pay item that had photos filed to it takes those photos with it. See Correct, remove, and undo changes before you remove a photo.

Can I edit the description before it saves? Yes. The description Oversite writes is filled into the description field, and you can change it before you confirm.
